Refund policy

**Returns & Refund Policy**

An item, opened or unopened, may be returned for any reason within 21 days of the delivery confirmation date of your product. All items in the original containers must be sent back and received by us, even if empty.  In order to prevent fraud, we are unable to process refunds without the supplement bottles.

The following terms will apply:

1. A 10% handling and restocking fee on all returns will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product.
3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. You are responsible for return shipping expenses.

How to Request a Refund:

Send an email to shop@amoilacesar.com with RETURNS in the subject field. The following details MUST be included in the body of your email in order to obtain a refund authorization number.  If your return email is incomplete, your request for a refund will not be approved.

Include:

1. Date of your order
2. Your original invoice number
3. Item(s) you plan on returning
4. Provide details on why you are returning the item(s)
5. How you would like the credit to be issued? Refund to original form of purchase or exchange.

All return requests will be reviewed within 48 hours of receipt.  Once reviewed, you will receive a message from us to inform you that your request for refund has been approved or denied.  If approved, you will be provided a return authorization number to include in your return shipment.  If denied, there may be additional questions we need answered or your email request was incomplete.
